How do I figure out my size?
Each product page includes a size chart below the description. You will need to know your body measurements in order to find your size using the chart. The best method to figure out your measurements is to use a tape measure (ribbon style, like a seamstress. Not metal style, like a carpenter) but a piece of string and a ruler can work in a pinch. 
Chest: Wrap the tape around your chest at its widest part. Or, when noted, use only front chest width by measuring from one arm pit to the other only. 
Waist: Wrap the tape around your torso at its narrowest part. 
Hips: Wrap the tape around your hips at their widest part.
Once you have the measurements you can find the best size for you by using the size charts included under each product description. For skirts the most important data point is hip width. For tees and hoodies you want to be sure the chest and waist are wide enough to fit how you like. 
How do I wash/dry my new stuff?
We recommend turning your item inside-out and washing in cold water. Air dry for best results, or pop it in the dryer on low. Do not wring when wet!

How are your products made?

We create the designs then work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?

If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at orders@sacrotees.com

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us right away at chantal@sacrotees.com with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
